Sometimes there are unique requirements to products and types of brands we accept in our events or spaces, and we manage these through a curation process.

If your booking has been one that wasn't selected, you would have received an email informing you that your booking has been "Declined".

In such a case, our team will contact you to offer alternatives, a credit refund, or a cash refund. In the event you haven't hear from us after 5 working days, please email [email protected] with your booking ID.
